Szenario Eden am Ende Unterschied Försterhütte normal und Gold

Huhu,

Gibt es einen Unterschied zwischen den beiden Items der Försterhütte, welche man im Hafen umwandeln kann? Was hat es mit dem Merkmal "wird zerstört" zu tun? Bei beiden kann ich nur je 5 Hütten bauen
