Need help

Hello everyone! Sorry for not speaking any german.
My questions are:
1) What version of Anno 1503 do i need to be able to play stable multiplayer game?
2) Do i also need to instal any patches or addons for that? (the links also would be helpfull ;))
3) Where i can find people to play with me? :D
Well, that's it. :] Hope for some answers, really, if people still keep playing this wonderful game (i love it more than anything else ever came from Anno series)

Unfortunately, different language-versions don't work together. We are using classic-version 1.05 with german language. This version seems to be the most stable.

You have to download new scenarios, too.
