Fluss kanalisieren

Ich hab da ne Frage. Kann man im Endlosspiel den Fluss so kanalisieren wie in der Kampangne, Kapitel 2 in C.O.R.E ??
Mit Hafenmauern geht es nicht !!! Wenn jemand bescheid weiß würde ich mich sehr freuen1!! :) :) :)
