Eisener Trum keine Eröffnung

Hallo Zusammen,
ein anderer Spieler und ich haben folgendes Problem:
ich habe ein Problem mit dem Eisernen Turm. Habe ihn gebaut, es startet aber keine Eröffnungszeremonie und ich kann

kein Rezept wählen (Brioche Royale), obwohl ich alle Zutaten habe.

Als Vorbedingung steht da: wenn ein eiserner Turm Ihre Stadt lange genug krönt, wird sich bestimmt ein Koch

von ihnen zu einem neuen Gericht inspirieren lassen.
Ich spiele mit den unten stehenden Mods, ein paar habe ich versuchsweise deaktiviert, ohne Erfolg.
Hat jemand eine Idee.

Ihr habt den Sandbiy-Mod aktiv. der deaktiviert alle Vorabbedingungen z.b. bei Quests wie Traktoren, Bevölkerungszahl, etc. Eventuell zerschießt der hier was.
  Ich bin Legastheniker.

Wer also Rechtschreibfehler oder unklare Formulierungen findet, soll bitte versuchen die Grundaussage zu verstehen oder darf sie gerne behalten :)
