Hi everybody,
i released an update featuring culture buildings, warehouses, depots
You can even create staged buildings now.
Follow this to create upgradable depots:
1. clone and export the standard depot
twice, name them, like,
large depot und
huge depot
2. edit storages accordingly
3. import standard depot
4. enter 1 in current tier field
5. select
large depot as next tier
6. export mod with
original GUID
7. import
large depot
8. enter 2 in current tier field
9. select huge depot as next tier
10. select picking asset > standard depot (what you get using the picking tool)
11. export mod
12. import
huge depot
13. enter 3 in current tier field
14. leave next tier empty
15. select picking asset > standard depot (what you get using the picking tool)
16. export mod
you
see, the mods need to exist first, then you can use them as stages.
they'll all use the same model, but you could change that, too, of
course. do not try and create loops. the game does not like that...
Culture
culture buildings can have their modules anywhere now, just change build radius to something like 100 or so.
connecting elements refers to the..., er, connecting elements that ... connect the ... elements... sorry for that.
City Institutions
please note that when you use multiple resolver types (except for fire and explosion), the gui type changes to arctic rangers...
best would be to let the fire stations put out fires and let the hospitals deal with illnesses...
Ship Editor
i changed something 'under the hood' so that the charter ship gets adjusted when you change max transfer for charter routes. the charter ship therefore remains a 'special one' and i took it out of normal editing.
Farm Editor
not brandnew (last version already had it) but still worth mentioning: you can set a radius for farms with fields now. setting it to something different than zero means fields needn't be adjacent any longer (like my Easy Farming and Culture mod does)
