Hello,

I would like to use some tutorials but I don't understand some parts.

Here is the translation I started to do but I'm pretty sure some parts are wrong, if anyone could help me, it would be awesome. (after a long time trying to understand I give up, it's tilting me so hard to not be able to understand xD )

001 Tutorial – New Buildings
The title « New Buildings » is in a sense actually wrong. It is not possible to use new 3D models due to the 3D format.

The following tools are needed :

rda-explorer to decompress the files
notepad++ to edit the files
granny_viewer.zip to view 3D models

And it will also require a graphic program to view images in the .dds format. You can use photoshop (with a plugin), paint.net etc.

Let’s get started :
First we create a copy of Anno 1404 so we have a backup in case of a problem.

In the order, you have to create 2 folders named maindata and data. Which contain the .rda files.

I made it on the other forum for more convenience and also because the first tutorial was made there.
