I7-4790K noch zeitgemäss?

Da ich mir letztens ein GPU Upgrade gegönnt habe und jetzt mit 4K spiele stellt sich die Frage ob meine CPU noch zeitgemäss ist für Anno 1800. Profitiert Anno eigentlich mehr von Takt oder von Kernen? ?( Bin aus dem Hardwarezeugs seit Jahren raus und hab keinen Plan was noch gut ist und was nicht :(
  Kann mir mal bitte jemand das Wasser reichen? :thumbsup:

Moin,

ich sag mal so, wenn dein CPU Lüfter sich nicht anhört wie eine Turbine kurz vorm Start, kannst du die CPU ruhig noch weiter nutzen.
So von den Daten her, reicht die CPU noch ein Weilchen hin.

Und jetzt kommt die Gegenfrage: Welche Grafikkarte hast du denn nun eingebaut?
Dazu fehlt in deiner Anfrage nämlich jeglicher Hinweis darüber.

Mehr als 4 Kerne nutzt auch Anno 1800 nicht, soweit ich informiert bin.

Aber die CPU ist nicht alles, dazu muss man auch den RAM, das Mainboard und die Grafikkarte sehen. Alles zusammen kann gut sein, kann aber auch der ultimative Flop sein.

Ich würd sagen, du Probierst einfach mal aus.

Hab ihm ne RTX2060 Super OC von MSI mit 8GB gegönnt und dabei den RAM von 16 auf 32 GB aufgestockt. Was für 2080/2070 und so verlangt wird is ja ne Frechheit :thumbdown:
  Kann mir mal bitte jemand das Wasser reichen? :thumbsup:

Damit sollte Anno 1800 laufen.

Einfach probieren.
  Anno 1503 / AddOn; Anno 1701 KE; Anno 1404 / Add On; =) Anno 2070 KE / Anno 2205 KE :hauwech: Anno 1800 mit SP 1-4 :whistling:

Recommended specifications – 1080p High Preset @60 FPS

CPU: Intel i5-4690K - 3.5 Ghz, AMD Ryzen5 1500X - 3.5 Ghz

GPU: Nvidia GTX 970 - 4GB, AMD Radeon R9 290X - 4GB

RAM: 8GB

Das ist das empfohlene für Hohe Auflösungen von Ubisoft. Vielleicht hilft das auch weiter?!
